CHANGELOG.md: Nit-picking language & location / nature of some changes.

This is a collection of nit-picks on language in the changelog.
Additionally I've added specific reference to the libraries by their
full name (libtss2-*) for clarity. The item about the new VS build stuff
now notes that only a subset of the TSS2 libraries will build.
