fix #67, add wrapper listMatchingProducts

- Fix parsers/matchingProduct to not error when given a list of products
  that does not have a related Identifier returned with it
- This allows this entire relatively complex parser to be reused with
  listMatchingProducts
- Add sample, mock data, and tests.
- update docs
