ft(frequently-asked-questions): Add frequently asked questions

Currently, HealthChecks does not have any frequently asked questions, video tutorials and a Live chat feature.
This limits the users from knowing how to fully use the system
and where to seek help when they face challenges while using
HealthChecks. This commit adds Help menu  tab under which you find Docs, Video tutorials and FAQs`  to improve the
user experience in terms of finding solutions or extra
information about the system.
