* This patch adds a bunch of wikitext normalizations which are
  selectively applied at different stages of rt-diffing based
  on what is appropriate at that stage.

* It ensures that the diff offsets reflect the original source and
  not the normalized source.

* The src/out offset bits in Diff.js were flipped around and it
  all seemed to work out properly because the use in roundtrip.js
  had flipped around the args as well.

* This seems to reduce a number of false positive semantic diffs.

* There are some false positives and potential false negatives that
  can still be generated by the changes in the patch.

  Once all the bug fixes and chain of patches are merged, we should
  run another round of rt-testing and audit the changes carefully.
