ft(integrate-sms): Integrate sms as an alert method
Currently HealthChecks limits users to only receive alerts
through email which limits the user from being updated if
they have no access to the internet.

To solve this issue, HealthChecks requires a solution that
has no limitations compared to the other various integration
solutions hence sms has been added as integration.
