same separation as last commit but for getLowestPricedOffersForASIN

- also take the time to very quickly implement getLowestPricedOffersForSKU
- ...SKU variant has not been tested *at all*, it requires knowing one of
  the user's SKUs, so if we write an API test for that, it will require
  that we do some querying to FIND a proper SKU first.
