Support TLS connections in BOLT adapter (#312)

* Replace socket with ssl socket if tls config is passed

* Read ssl context config from adaptor options

* Use different methods to read/write according to the type of connection

* Change socket.ready? check according to socket type

* Ignore ClassLength

* Wrap socket instance to avoid checking type of connection

* Separate ssl_socket from socket in wrapper
