Add option not to log when leafref validation is skipped.

 * (M) ytypes/leafref.go
   - Skip log.Errorf if leafref validation fails when IgnoreMissingData
     is set.
 * (M) ytypes/validate.go
   - Add Log bool to LeafrefOptions to allow control of logging
     behaviour.
