New improvement proposal: Goods Type hierachy

also, to prepare for the day we'd actually use behaviour inheritance,
all direct access to behaviours from outside the `wms_core.goods` module
in main code have been rewritten as calls to `get_behaviour()`
(there was actually only one). From now on that discipline should be kept.
