<a href="https://github.com/wikimedia/parsoid/commit/5ce2608a4">Suppress autoInsertedEnd flags where not required

- Remove unnecessary data-parsoid strings from native wikitext markup
  that don&#39;t have closing tags to reduce the size of html generated

- Added new Mocha tests in cleanup.js because standard parser tests
  normalize the html generated and do not allow inspection of the DOM
  to verify the presence or absence of data-parsoid elements

- The blacklist was updated due to the change in data-parsoid content
