Show exception details in flash messages

* Pass error detaild to the KqueenApiException, so it will show up in a flask messages, shown to the user
* Stay on the page where exception is raised
* Since messages can be huge, increase flash message browsing time
* Remove todos, connected with unique username and email backend implementation
* Fix some typos
* Fix error in dev environment setup in the4 pipfile
