Omit spawning additional processes for scripts

Allows to run "copyq" commands in currently evaluating script. Speeds up
running automatic commands, display commands and filters for
enabling/disabling item actions.

This breaks some behavior since it's now possible to modify global
variables and functions from "copyq" sub-commands.

Fixes always fetching the action data since they could have changed in
the sub-process.

Removes unneeded signal communication.
