Omit spawning additional processes for scripts

Allows to run "copyq:" commands in currently evaluating script. Speeds
up running automatic commands, display commands and filters for
enabling/disabling item actions.

Always fetch the action data since they could have changed in the
sub-process.

Remove unneeded signal communication.
