Fix MultiSURF* ramp function scoring for continuous valued features

Fixed a bug in how MultiSURF* runs on data with continuous valued
features in it.  Problem was founded in how MultiSURF* looks at features
with the same rather than different values for scoring updates.  This
required that the score update be 1-abs(diff) rather than abs(diff)
