Adjust introduction to also appear at Docker Hub

Catmandu::Introduction, transformed into README.md is also used as
description at https://hub.docker.com/r/librecat/catmandu/ so it should
include a little bit more information about the Docker image. Docker hub
converts linebreaks into hard breaks therefore paragraphs need to be at
one line each.
