 roosevelt 100% part 2  (#425)

* added some things to two of the test to hopefully hit what is needed for passphrase

* made some adjustments to the ca tests

* made a test to check if roosevelt https server will work even when cafile is true and ca is not a string or array. And got rid of the console logs lingering in the tests

* adjusted roosevelt so that it can be an empty object

* create a test that will test that roosevelt will throw an error if an error occurs that doesn't involve the three inside the app

* fixed the test so that the error is thrown after the completion of the server.push

* fixed assert error comment

* made changes so that the error works with mac/linux machines

* got rid of error output lines that may not be possible to hit

* changed generateTestApp and rooseveltTest so that I can add a test to check that the app will not initialize twice if initServer was called twice or startServer was called after initServer

* get rid of a if statement that is not needed in the error callback

* WIP: connections tests

* completed making the test that will check if roosevelt can close an active HTTP connection when the server closes

* added back an error message that was once removed, and made another test that will make roosevelt throw a whole new error besides Port in use or EACESS

* fixed the two error catching test that were causing trouble

* add console logs to see why the error is not printing

* changed the error requirement so that it will look for the specific error being thrown

* add alittle more assurance that the error was thrown

* get rid of console logs

* fix standard errors caused by merge

* change the server.listen catch error else to catch for eaccess for now, since that is the only other test we can emulate at the moment
