Changes:
 - Added support for travis; using docker to run the integration on travis servers
 - Refactored the Makefile to use the same image for development and integration; Added rules for deploy
 - Created the 'll-employee-manager-base' docker image to share instructions with deploy and integration images
 - Removed the dev image and unify with the integration image
 - Moved the email validation from the serializer class to the model class
 - Created tests for: defult indent; ending slash; invalid email address; and wsgi application
 - Added a requirements.txt file
 - Added tox support for run the tests with coverage, isort (just with check option) and flake8
 - Did some fixes for isort and flake8 requests

TODO:
 - deploy image
 - test deploy release and run
 - update the readme file
