SimulationArchive Version 2
One can now change *anything* during a run and the SimulationArchive
still works. This is made possible by tracking the differences of the
simulation struct, then storing only these differences. This ensures
the file size remains small. The old version of the SimulationArchive
remains supported for now but might come deprecated in the future.
Only minor changes to the user facing syntax were made. Most
importantly the methods to set up automated SimulationArchive outputs
are now called "automate" rather than "init". This is because you can
also output snapshots manually, without any setup by just calling the
"snaphot" routines.
