Merge #72

72: Improve handling of test failures r=rohanpm a=rohanpm

- If test fails, use non-blocking executor shutdown, since there's
  a good chance that the failure has left the executor in a state
  that it will hang indefinitely.  In that case it's preferable to
  keep running other tests rather than hang in the fixture teardown.

- If test fails, dump state of the executor and all delegates so
  there's more info available about the failure.
