callEndpoint - support feedContent as parameter

- mws-simple=2.2.3, required to fix SubmitFeed
- add samples/testfeed. the feed in the code itself doesn't actually
  parse correctly at Amazon's end, but at least the submission of the feed
  seems to be successful.
- may need to adjust how this is put together a bit, after implementing
  parameter validation for SubmitFeed and friends
