Add an API view to render JSON-LD formatted annotations

This adds a view to the API that allows viewing JSON-LD formatted
annotations by appending ".jsonld" to an annotation resource URL.

The ".jsonld" file extension is defined by the W3 JSON-LD specification
at

  https://www.w3.org/TR/json-ld/

Content negotiation will be considered in the future.
