* Adds tag keepAlive parameter and KeepAlive event

- If keepAlive > 0, the tag will emit a KeepAlive event every keepAlive seconds.
- The value defaults to 0 (keepAlive disabled).

* Adds validation on the keepAlive parameter and tests for the validation

* Makes error test more specific
