serverless-artillery: add comment to do book keeping relative to
published functionality
serverless-artillery.spec.js/package.json: make spawn tests OS agnostic

alert.js: abstract means of providing an alert when errors are observed
(SNS as a first implementation)
handler.js: add the new alerting mechanism into the settings hive so as
to provide the ability to the taskResult module, add the task settings
hive to the handler settings hive
taskDef.js: add definitions related to sampling
taskPlan.js: generalize the old splitScriptByFlow concept, removing the
"one phase" assumption, using sampling configuration to create phases,
including pauses prior to samples
taskResult.js: generalize analysis to handle sampling generalization and
add alerting if in monitoring mode
taskValid.js: add validation of the new monitoring mode configuration
possibilities
*.spec.js: tests of new functionality

index.js: add new `alert.js` to list of serverless files, expand

POTENTIONALLY BREAKING CHANGE:
If you are doing log processing on the written reports of the function,
the message is changed as of this commit, and you may need to update
your processing logic.  This is not expected to be common and is not a
publicly acknowledged API so the decision was not to make a major
version increment.  This is besides the consideration that we are under
0.x semver rules.

EXPECTATION CHANGE:
Previously all arrivals in acceptance mode were immediately executed in
parallel.  The sampling concept shifts creates a random pause prior to
each request of 3-7 seconds.  Graphs displaying this activity will not
meet prior expectations.
