Import Target from the correct file to override it

Puppeteer has moved the Target class to its own file, so we must import
this class from its own file. Otherwise our override doesn't work
anymore.

Also added the possibility to add startup aguments to the nwjs launch
url.

Upgraded puppeteer to v1.3.0
