* The reasoning for before/after handlers for the &lt;br/&gt; tag is
  different and they aren&#39;t symmetric. I incorrectly used
  symmtric logic before.

* A few tests now pass.

* Added another new test which is more explicit about newline
  expectations. Updated another test to reflect Parsoid vs PHP
  parser difference.

* dewiki:Riddle now RTs perfectly.
