dicomparser: Fix a bug in GetPlan where the wrong object names were used

* Solved bug: corrected wrong object names ReferencedBeams and NumberofFractionsPlanned changed to:  ReferencedBeamSequence and NumberOfFractionsPlanned in def GetPlan()

* dicomparser: Add tests to make sure that GetPlan can utilize FractionGroupSequence as well as DoseReferenceSequence.
