test(test/unit/add-tests-test.coffee): Correct test description for outer describe()

Remove hash in description of first two `describe()`s. Hash at beginning of function name typically
signifies it's a class method. `addTests()` is just an ordinary function, further without its own
`run` method. The `describe()` for '#run' serves no function and should be removed.
