yarn.lock: Update to reflect removal of is-url.

I observed this change on running `yarn`, and it seems like an
appropriate consequence of the recent 7ca57a4d3 "url: Replace is-url
with url-regex for precise url validation".  Checking it in to keep
yarn.lock consistent.
