* Java9 uiautomator2 test did not work if Appium server path contains white space

* Avoid unnecessary quote to pass the test

(Quote method can escape many characters like ":" unexpectedly, so we should use quote only for file path)

* Remove unnecessary quote logic and just remove shell option instead
