Kill multiple validator and allow time for slow computers (#413)

* changed killValidator so that it kills all validators that it finds instead of just one and changed the tests to adjust for these changes

* extended the time in the killValidator and test so that it can accommodate slower computer

* get rid of useless errors logs that does not concern the user

* WIP trying to speed up the test

* Fixed the issue of http Servers closing the entire mocha test and added dummy servers to the 2nd half of the test suite in pursuit of making it faster

* added a faster exit for machines that scan through the ports faster than the time given to the setTimeout and put comments into the validator tests

* took a repeated block of code and made it into its own function, hopefully that this covers more lines
