Commit Message

#12: Now using webpack dev-server proxy capabilities instead of CORS configuration. Additionally the API_PORT environment variable is now used in the Axios configuration to build the URL for all REST-request to the backend (relevant for #11 too) - only in dev, this is always 8080 - test and prod is configured over frontend-maven-plugin´s environment variables.
