feat: better promise support (#97)

Still can't release this as 5.0 yet as `komondor-plugin-ws` and `komondor-plugin-node/childProcess` has some problems and don't have time to fix it.

Will look at them again and when they are all fixed, this can be released as 5.0 (and possibility rename the types from `class|function|promise` to `komondor/class|function|promise`).

* refactor: move events and listeners inside context.

* feat: change promise data

from status: resolve/reject to state: fulfilled/rejected

to better match promise/A+ terminology.

All specs need to be regenerated.
