* add cljs test runner
* move and rename a few files to .cljc
* Replace 'refer all' by aliases
* rename .clj to .cljc
* refer the macro
* add clj/cljs conditional for clojure.lang.Symbol
* add a (temporary?) cljs replacement for ParseException
* Reader conditional for the macro
* require 'do*' macro for cljs
* Include :import into the reader conditional
* Replace 'refer all' and tweak for cljs
* Add all tests to runner.cljs
* Add testing capabilities for the cljs side of things
* Up version
* move the cljs output dir inside target/
