Landmark widget: add basic UI and API for adding and deleting group links

Landmark group links are used to define rules for landmark based display
transformations, e.g. transform recursively into all adjacent groups.
This commit adds a user interface as part of the "Edit landmarks" tab
that allows users to create new links between the edited landmark group
and another landmark group. Individual links can be deleted through a
link in the respective table row for a link.
