Remove Preprocessing of the __dir__ attribute

It was used for a since removed expensive operation. Now it's preproccessing is useless and only slows the library.

All internal dir() calls are only to check which exception message to use.

This removes an expensive super() call from the creation of every BaseRow additionally.
