* test resources: update test resources to have a Second JUnit3 test class

* test: add a test on conversion of a JUnit3 test class into JUnit4 test class

* refactor: add docs, remove deprecated method and implement a TypeFilter

* refactor: rename convert to convertToJUnit4

* feat: add preliminary conversion before amplification

* test: conversion to junit4 should take care of tearDown and setUp

* feat: convert now tearDown and setUp into method that use respectively @After and @Before

* clean: remove unused imports
