<a href="https://github.com/wikimedia/parsoid/commit/c19dab6b3">Fix inefficiency in SyncTokenTransformManager

* When a transformer returns its result, and the result tokens array
  has just a single token and doesn&#39;t have a new rank set, it could
  be possible that the token has not been modified and we could just
  move onto the next transformer in the inner loop instead of doing
  more work in the outer loop.
