Fix GH-220: Testsuite api_sql_mysql.t failed ...

api_sql_mysql.t failed if SBTEST_MYSQL_ARGS included an explicit
specification of '--mysql-socket', in which case ignores --mysql-host
and asssumes 'localhost'.
