fix: error stacktrace and error class detection (#90)


Previously the stacktrace pointed at the `super(msg)` line within the Error class. Now it is outside.

Still need to adjust it at the assertion level so that we can see the failure at the test code.

Improve error class detection that works with errors created by `make-error`
