<a href="https://github.com/wikimedia/parsoid/commit/b48d82b1b">Don&#39;t unwrap p-wrapping around [http://foo.com]-style wikitext

This doesn&#39;t matter in the current patch because of some edge case
interactions between the async ttm code and the p-wrapper.

However, in later async ttm fixes, because of the specific token
patterns seen by the p-wrapper (for example, skipping &quot;&quot; tokens altogether),
auto-url links get p-wrappers unwrapped from around them.
