Base  Topological Object & Code Coverage for Contour tree (#15)

* Adding test file for contour tree.
* Creating `TopologicalObject` class to capture common behavior between Morse and Morse-Smale complexes, and Contour and Merge Trees. Moving toward new common API and adding unit testing for the `ContourTree` object.
* Refactoring testFunctions to be able to generate its own 2D test grid as a function.
* Cleaning up warning/error messages in the ContourTree and the MergeTree class.
* Updating calls to networkx to use the latest API changes
* Performing optimized computation for MergeTrees that are part of the ContourTree class.
