Integrate Travis and Coveralls

This commit brings in Travis and Coveralls. The repo has been added to
both services. A .travis.yml file is added to control the Travis
processes. Travis sends the coverage report to Coveralls, thus there is
no explicit config in this repo. Badges for both services have been
added.
