vo_service: deprecate the old getrawtransaction
- the getrawtransaction method now use only the electrum servers
- due the non-availability of 'blockhash' information, no merkleproof is done anymore
- merkleproof will be back after version_check and discrimination of the electrumx servers
  cause we need the latest transaction.get api with verbose mode.
