Composer saving (#1231)

* Create base save function, WIP for saving entire mapstories in new composer.

* Chapters, layers and general MapStory metadata are now saving.

* Check for a chapter id, and then a chapter_index.  This will allow the new Composer behavior while maintaining old MapLoom behavior for now.
