Free hand improvements (#373)

* Expanded the freehand tool to include statistical calculations as well as some UI/UX improvements to the tool

* Moved freehand tool textBox to data.textBox rather than data.handles.textBox, as it is non-enumerable if you want to save the tool data to JSON

* Refactored how freehand tool creates measurementData

* Fixed mouseHover highlighting being global for all freehand tool instances. It is now local to each instance.

* Refactored mouseHover

* Updating changeog with @JamesAPetts changes

* Improving readability and improving the complexity of the code based on CodeClimate
