Commit Message

- Task: added run_always parameter. When set, will cause the task to be always run, even if the previous tasks have failed or during a retry if the task has run successfully before.
- TaskGroup: adapted the way sub-tasks are executed to support the run_always setting
- Base::Workflow & Base::Job: added support for hashes with symbols as keys
- Created bunch of tests to test multiple run_always scenarios
