Commit Message

Modified `authorise/3`, `commit` and created new private functions.

Prior to this whenever a `CrediCard` structure was
passed to `authorise/3` a token was first generated with the details
and then a charge was generated with the token.

Now `authorise/3` will directly create a charge from the card details
thus hitting the API only once.

Also `authorise/3` no longer calls `respond/1`. `commit/3` calls it
instead.

`commit` now takes only three arguments i.e. params, path and opts.
The header is set inside `commit` itself with the help of
a private function `set_header`.

A new function `common_params/2` is used to set the parameters to remove
redundancy.
