feat: add support of local alpha inside `from` and `to` (#51)


Dropped NodeJS@4 in this release.

The code should still work on NodeJS@4, but webpack@4 dropped NodeJS4 support.
It shouldn't affect this package because it is written and transpiled by TypeScript.

I don't mark this as breaking because I added `engine: node >= 6` in package.json.

Node@4 should not get this release.
