* [ADD] server_mode_fetchmail: update module version

* [ADD] server_mode_fetchmail: add README file

- add new README.rst file that follows adhoc_module template.
- remove deprecated description key in __manifest__

* [ADD] server_mode_fetchmail: remove shebang for python 3.x

* [REF] server_mode_fetchmail: remove logging not used.

* [ADD] server_mode_fetchmail: update connect method signature

Since the original one in fetchmail module has been updated.

* [ADD] server_mode_fetchmail: make this module installable

* [REF] server_mode_fetchmail: add models folder

This change was made in order to follow OCA module template structure.

* [pylint] Fix C8104 class-camelcase
