Added basic implementation of SecurionPay.authorize

Authorization of credit card for payment has been implemented. Authorize can be done by two methods
One by providing the card details for generating the token and other by giving card id and customer id
Currently only handels the mandatory arguments. Does not support optional arguments like shipping,billing etc
